Returns & Exchanges

At Restrap, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase isn't right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
